Thank you for shopping with us! Please note that due to the custom nature of our candles, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each candle is made to order to ensure the highest quality and freshness.

Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • To process your claim, you must provide a photo of the damaged item along with a description of the issue.
  • Once we receive and review the photo, we will assess the situation and, if applicable, provide a replacement or issue a refund.
